How much does heyhey take from my sales?+
Nothing. On every plan, including the free one. Your customer pays, the money goes to your account with your payment provider, and we take no commission on any transaction. You only pay for your plan, and the Starter plan is free forever.

How can my customers pay?+
By Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, or with PayPal. They can pay once, by subscription or in instalments. An invoice with your business details is issued automatically for every order.
Can customers cancel a subscription themselves?+
Yes. Buyers manage their subscription in their customer area, and you set the cancellation rules, for example at the end of the billing period.
Can I move my list from another tool?+
Yes. Import your contacts from a CSV file, tags included, in a few minutes. Exporting them back out is always available too.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes. You can run your sales pages, sign-up pages and customer area on your own domain, or use a heyhey address.
How does heyhey protect my contacts’ data?+
heyhey is built with data protection in mind: double opt-in sign-ups, recorded consents and servers in the European Union. You can export or delete your contacts at any time.
